Job Description

Enterprise Select has partnered with a premiere non-profit based out of Midtown NYC to find a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join their team. Your core responsibilities will include Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud configuration, maintenance, administration, and integration with other systems. You will work closely with the Marketing and Communications teams to optimize marketing operations, develop customer journeys and implement a comprehensive segmentation strategy. Additionally, you will work with stakeholders across departments to develop technical requirements for business process improvement, and deliver solutions based on those requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of all technical aspects of Salesforce.com, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications and AppExchange products
  • Responsible for implementing customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions
  • Seek out opportunities to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
  • Utilize a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications and updates to existing applications
  • Work with users to develop requirements for various initiatives, document those requirements, and build an implementation plan

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • At least four years in Salesforce-based administration, project management, or analyst roles
  • 2 years of experience with Marketing Cloud and/or a comparable marketing automation system
  • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
  • Past involvement in large-scale Salesforce.com projects
  • Experience using Salesforce data tools (DemandTools, Data Loader, Excel Connector, Cirrus Insight, Scribe, Boomi, Jitterbit, Informatica, etc. )
  • Basic release management experience
  • Ability to use VisualForce, SOQL and APEX, although advanced coding skills are not required
  • Ability to critically review feature requests and suggest alternate proposals and optimizations as warranted

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) or Developer (DEV-401) Certification
  • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application coupled with a good understanding around the business processes (Sales, Marketing, Partner Management, etc.)
  • Professional experience in a sandbox test environment, including development/staging/production (or similar) deployment cycles
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices, particularly sprint planning and assessment
