Enterprise Select are currently seeking Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our New York team. This is a very unique opportunity for ambitious professionals interested in the Sales & Recruitment industry. As a Trainee, we will teach you the ins and outs of the recruitment business and set you up for a lucrative and rewarding career. You will start out shadowing senior members of the team, while concurrently learning the high-level concepts of our business and putting them into practice yourself. Piece by piece, you will learn and master everything you need to know to run your own market within the company. Our system allows you to learn best practices under the guidance industry experts, while also affording you the ability to create an individualized plan that aligns with your natural strengths and work preferences.
 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Build, manage, qualify, and maintain a database of clients or candidates and prospects
  • Sell staffing services through effective phone calls and/or in-person visits
  • Expand client penetration within new and existing accounts
  • Identify qualified candidates using targeted recruiting methods including our candidate database, gaining referrals, social media sourcing, and networking
  • Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure that only the best candidates are presented to our clients
  • Develop strong trust-based relationships with client and candidates
  • Meet and exceed assigned personal sales & billing targets

  • Proven track record of perseverance and success
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Desire for a career in Sales/Recruitment/Entrepreneurship
  • Fearlessness to perform potentially uncomfortable business tasks (cold calls, negotiation, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
