Enterprise Select has partnered with an impressive asset management firm that has been in business for 40 years here in New York City. They are in need of a Salesforce Administrator who can drive the current Salesforce Platform along with introducing them to new ways to maximize their use of Salesforce. This is a very rewarding opportunity with a fantastic compensation package and an opportunity to contribute to the growth of the company. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Salesforce – must be extremely familiar with Salesforce
  2. The following are tasks which are all created through Salesforce:

A.     Opening Account documents

B.     Closing Account documents

C.     Opening and Closing Account Perm Files

D.     Mass Mailing projects – at least two per year

E.      Maintaining Database

  1. Confirm mailing of monthly statements by custodians to clients by downloading statements and comparing the list to our client list.
  2. Send monthly statements to SEI for reconciliation.  These are hard copies of statements which SEI does not have electronic access.  Not many.
  3. Work with operations and receptionist on archiving accounts in our monthly Composite
  4. Maintain File Rooms.  Gatekeeper.  This does not sound like much but it is an extremely important part of the job.  We need files scanned in and out so that we know where a file is at all times.
