  • Build, manage, qualify, sell, and maintain a database of clients and prospects
  • Sell staffing services through effective phone calls and/or in-person visits
  • Develop opportunities through cold calling to increase and expand client penetration within new and existing accounts
  • Identify qualified candidates using targeted recruiting methods including our candidate database, gaining referrals, social media sourcing, and networking
  • Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure that only the best candidates are presented to clients
  • Develop strong trust-based relationships with client and candidates
  • Meet and exceed personal sales & billing targets


  • EXCELLENT communication skills & unparalleled integrity/positive attitude
  • 2+ years recruitment experience
  • Ability to set and achieve ambitious targets; detail oriented
  • Proven track record of perseverance and success
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Desire for a career/lifestyle working as an independent recruiter  
  • Ability to learn new technology and business processes quickly
